Welcome to TUNNEL VISION ("we," "us," "our"). By using our mobile car detailing services, you ("Customer," "you") agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before booking our services. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
1. Services Provided
We offer mobile car detailing services, which include interior and exterior cleaning, waxing, polishing, upholstery cleaning, and other related services as detailed on our website. All services are performed at the location of your choice within our service area.
2. Service Areas
We proudly offer our mobile car detailing services within a 30-mile radius of Tampa, FL, including but not limited to:

If your area isn't listed, please contact us to check if we can serve your location.
We may charge additional fees for services outside of these areas, and reserve the right to refuse service in areas that are too far or deemed unsafe.
3. Pricing
Pricing varies based on the type of service, vehicle size, and condition. Prices start at:

Hatchbacks and Sedans: Starting at $120

Larger Vehicles (SUVs, Trucks, Vans): Starting at $150
Additional charges may apply for extra services, deep cleaning, or vehicles in extreme condition. You will be informed of the total cost before the service begins.
4. Booking & Cancellations

Booking: Services can be booked via our website or by calling 813-773-3413. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Failure to cancel within this time may result in a cancellation fee of $55.
5. Customer Responsibilities

Vehicle Condition: The customer agrees to provide access to a clean and safe location for the service to be performed. We are not responsible for any damage caused by pre-existing issues in the vehicle, such as stains, tears, or other defects.

Payment: Payment is due at the time of service unless pre-arranged. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
6. Limitations of Liability

We are not responsible for any damages to your vehicle or personal property unless caused by our negligence. Our team takes every precaution to protect your vehicle during the detailing process. However, we cannot guarantee the removal of all stains or marks.

Paint & Upholstery: While we use the best products and techniques, we cannot guarantee the removal of all stains, odors, or imperfections, especially those that are old or deeply embedded.
7. Privacy & Data Collection
We value your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
8. Service Availability
While we strive to provide timely service, availability may vary based on location, weather conditions, and demand. We reserve the right to modify or cancel appointments in cases of inclement weather or other factors beyond our control. If we need to reschedule, we will notify you as soon as possible.
9. Safety & Compliance
Our team follows all safety guidelines and local regulations while providing services. Customers must provide a safe environment for the detailing process. We reserve the right to refuse service if the work area is unsafe or if there are concerns about the vehicle’s condition (e.g., hazardous materials inside the vehicle).
10. Indemnification
By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless TUNNEL VISION, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of our services or any violations of these Terms of Service.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date". It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.
